Shown are Lotus flower patterns. You can choose one or more colors to mix and match your wedding. These are Thai style parasols hand painted in high luster paints. Thai parasols features sturdy, textured, handmade natural white paper. Frame of bamboo, wooden handle and carved wooden finial (point at top). Fully open, the canopy is supported by natural color bamboo ribs and measures 26" inches across and and 29 inches long. Shown is a Bride's parasol and her bridesmaids parasol.

I am a fabric artist. Lover of tactile fabrics with fabulous texture and color. I create dramatic and exquisite accessories and garments from concept through construction.
A large part of my business is custom and one of a kind parasols for weddings and suncover. My parasols can be handpainted on paper, handpainted on fabric, handsewn or a combination of these techniques.
I was inspired to make parasols during time I spent rebuilding in St Bernard Parish, New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
My parasols that incorporate a Fleur-de-Lis specifically represent my commitment to the area with a portion of sales goes to St Bernard Project (stbernardproject.org) for their continued efforts rebuilding the region.
The Fleur de Lis is a stylized lily. It represents Renew Rebuild Rebirth to those recovering from the flood.
