May 18, 2017THH Creations was very easy to work with and very responsive during the design phase of the project. Once the project started, though, I received less interim updates than I expected, their responsiveness slowed, and the item ultimately shipped 9 days late. The item also arrived with one of the many custom dimensions not correct, although thankfully it wasn't a critical dimension. So overall I am very happy with the item. It is well made and after a few minutes of confusion, it wasn't that hard to put together (it shipped in 3 pieces, which was expected). Thank you!
