I could not be more pleased with the product I received and the experience I had with THH Creations. I needed a custom made TV stand because of the size of the wall where we put our TV. I sent Heather a picture of a couple of TV stands we liked and the dimensions of our wall, height of TV installed on the wall, etc. After some email back and forth, we settled on the exact dimensions, style, and stain color. Mid-way through the project, Heather updated me on the progress and sent pictures. When it was completed, she sent me more pictures and arranged for the delivery. I received the stand on the day promised and it was perfect in every way. The TV stand included two glass doors with nice handles, the backboard with holes, and 2 shelves as we agreed to. The craftsmanship was superb and everything fit perfectly. The color of the stain (with the clear coat) was spot on. So far, everyone that has come in our house since we've had the stand has commented on how beautiful the stand is. I would highly recommend THH Creations to anyone with a project in mind.

Very happy with the final product, of high quality and well finished. Not so happy with the delays seen, due to unforseen personal issues. My project from start to finish took around 8 months from quotation and 6.5 months from time of purchase. Initial estimate was 16-20 weeks. While I fully understand that some personal circumstances affected the delivery dates and created a backlog, that does not change the fact I had to wait 6.5 months for my furniture. There was no option offered to cancel or discount based on delays. The free delivery was nice add on, but in my view not enough based on the customer experience I had. I put it 5* for expertise and product quality, 1* for timeliness and 3* for communication and value. Overall 3* experience. Just my honest feedback and wish others know about the potential long wait times.

THH Creations did an outstanding job. They did a great job communicating and listening to my concerns. I got the dresser sooner than I expected. It's very well made. The shipping company they used was also amazing. I will definitely contact them in the future the next time I want a piece of furniture made.
