I love my calla lily trash can. It’s beautiful. You were easy to work with and it came well packaged and in a timely manner.

Very happy with the final product, of high quality and well finished. Not so happy with the delays seen, due to unforseen personal issues. My project from start to finish took around 8 months from quotation and 6.5 months from time of purchase. Initial estimate was 16-20 weeks. While I fully understand that some personal circumstances affected the delivery dates and created a backlog, that does not change the fact I had to wait 6.5 months for my furniture. There was no option offered to cancel or discount based on delays. The free delivery was nice add on, but in my view not enough based on the customer experience I had. I put it 5* for expertise and product quality, 1* for timeliness and 3* for communication and value. Overall 3* experience. Just my honest feedback and wish others know about the potential long wait times.

THH Creations did an outstanding job. They did a great job communicating and listening to my concerns. I got the dresser sooner than I expected. It's very well made. The shipping company they used was also amazing. I will definitely contact them in the future the next time I want a piece of furniture made.

THH Creations was amazing to see my daughter's bedroom project through from start to finish. Heather drew up beautiful designs and delivered EXACTLY what we were expecting and hoping for. The delivery deadline got a but pushed back due to health issues, BUT she was responsive the entire time on this. We will definitely be using them next summer to build my son's furniture as well. I am so happy with the final product! We ended up paying a bit more than we initially budgeted for, but wanted something American made and a piece that would last. The dresser is substantial and feels well built. My request had some unique details (leg and top edge detail) and Heather nailed it. She was receptive to my drawing and requests for different wood stains. It looks just how I envisioned it! I would definitely work with her again.

I can't begin to explain the joy I felt when receiving delivery of my finished product. I live in an apartment complex that prohibits the use of real open flame fireplaces so I purchased a high end electric fireplace online but needed someone with skill to make a media cabinet for it. I had very specific measurements needed to mount the fireplace inside the cabinet and with precision craftsmanship Heather and her husband were able to create exactly what I had envisioned. A beautiful piece of furniture that is unique, well made, and will last me for years to come. They are really great people too. Thank you.

The initial inquiry was quick and she was able to accurately determine the parameters of the project based on provided info while simultaneously offering pricing that was fairer than other places. It was done quicker than expected and was packaged well. Couldn't have asked for a better service! Excellent all around.

THH Creations did an AMAZING job fulfilling my order. My wife actually cried happy tears when she saw the final product (anniversary gift) and we are happily sitting in the chairs they made by our fire pit. Would strongly recommend THH for your wood working needs!

Words simply cannot express how amazing the bar cabinet turned out and how heather went above and beyond to work in my adjustments. The wife and I scrarched rhe cabinet within 5min of owning the cabinet and Heather mailed me touch ups for our mistake. The quality, professionalism and customer service that was given will have me recommending THH Creations to everyone I know! If you are considering a bar cabinet (or just a cabinet) for your home, you will be extremely happy with THH Creations!

My experience with Heather at THH Creations was splendid! I knew very little about how to communicate what I wanted from a technical standpoint. However, Heather patiently walked me through all of my options and choices, helping me design a product that met my desires. The only issue I had was a delivery date several months after the original estimate. I will admit that both I and unavoidable external economic forces contributed to these delays as well, so I put three stars instead of one for timeliness. Regarding the final product, I am beyond pleased. My specifications were beautifully met with the looks and functions I'd originally imagined. I will not hesitate to reach out to Heather in the future for any other needs and neither should you.

This is the second elevated dog bed that I have had made by THH Creations, by pack got to big and they couldn't all fit on the first one. This is their favorite bed, it sits in front of a huge window so they can lay and lookout and watch over their domain. The bed is really well made and sturdy. I have four 70-85 pound coonhounds so they aren't exactly gentle on furniture. I have had the first one for almost five years and other than a few scratches it looks almost brand new. The new one looks just as sturdy. It also looks nice, which is great since they are in my living room.
