For Sideboard With Wine Rack1.54 weeks late. Never communicated unless I was the one to ask. No pictures where sent even when I requested. Didn't tell me they were late until I asked if it shipped. They admitted it was late because they had other priorities. If you are use to customer service esp if you pay over $1,000 they are not recommended.

For Wine Credenza/Sideboard2.7We are happy with the finished product but we were not happy with the lengthy process it took to get our Sidebar. We ordered in Dec. 2020 knowing it would be ready Feb 2021 and we finally received in Aug. 2021.They need to send out progress reports and or delay reports not just leave us out in the air wondering why . They did respond to emails but we think they should have sent messages to us about delays ect.

For Distressed Black Modern Rustic Kitchen Island Cart – With Walnut Stained Top4.7Love, love, love my new island. It is exactly what I was hoping for. There was an issue with the delivery of the hardware required. And she wasn't proactive with her communication with the delays. But overall now that I have the island it is perfect.
I would certainly recommend Heather to all that ask.
