Beautiful Handcrafted Wine Cabinet with Wine Bottle Rack and Glass Racks Outside dimensions will be 60(L) x 21(D) x 42(H) Fridge opening will be 23(W) x 20(D) x 34(H) Pegboard backing behind fridge to allow adequate airflow. 1.5 inch opening for power cord access. 1-Row of wine bottle rack, scallop style. 6 bottle capacity. 2-Full extension drawers with ball bearing drawer slides. 2-Glass panel doors with hidden, self closing hinges. Right side of the cabinet fitted with wine glass holders. 3-rows at the top, 3-rows under the shelf. Approximately 5 glasses per row. Capacity for 30 wine glasses. Left side of the cabinet will have a fixed shelf. Approximately 12.5 clearance above and below shelf. Side cabinets are 15(W) x 20(D) x 28(H) Stained in Traditional Oak with flat black hardware. 3 coats of clear, satin polyurethane finish. Handcrafted in the USA. Constructed with cabinet grade poplar. Handcrafted finishes may not be as smooth as factory, machine finishes. Not so happy with the delays seen, due to unforseen personal issues. My project from start to finish took around 8 months from quotation and 6.5 months from time of purchase. Initial estimate was 16-20 weeks. While I fully understand that some personal circumstances affected the delivery dates and created a backlog, that does not change the fact I had to wait 6.5 months for my furniture. There was no option offered to cancel or discount based on delays. The free delivery was nice add on, but in my view not enough based on the customer experience I had. I put it 5* for expertise and product quality, 1* for timeliness and 3* for communication and value. Overall 3* experience. Just my honest feedback and wish others know about the potential long wait times. - PW

For Chase's Dog House1.2I purchased a custom dog house from Heather Jones/THH Creations. The floor was the wrong color (it was suppose to be black, she painted it white, the floor of an outdoor dog house!), the windows were wrong and poorly made, and the paint was blotchy (wish I could attach pictures). I needed another piece built and I only received one other offer which was outside my budget. So having no other option, I decided to use her again. I paid her $925 in April for an item which she said would take 6 weeks to complete and deliver. 2 months passed and no shipment. I contacted her and she said it would ship in a week. That never happened. And that was the last I heard from her. I sent her numerous emails over the following month and I never received a reply back to any of them. So I finally decided to open a dispute because it had been over 3 months with no delivery and my emails asking about it were just being ignored. I'm just now getting my money back. I do NOT recommend this seller.
