Born in the late 50's to a family of little
means of income, being resourceful was
a way of life. Whether playing on the red clay hills
of Pontotoc County, Mississippi, in the good ole
USA on imaginary quests or riding
our bike down gravel roads pretending to be in the circus,
life was always full of adventure.
Life has brought many hardships my way
but with each I have learned that only I limit myself.
Life is a challenge, of which I am a survivor
& a conqueror.
I love to be creative no matter what I'm doing.
God has blessed me with joy through sewing, writing,
sculpting, drawing, & also thru the simple things of
life.
My husband & I enjoy spending time
alone or with the house full of family.
I want to be the best that I can be
in whatever I am doing.

For Nicholas's Realistic Adult Plus-Size Fruit Bat Costume4.3My brother loved the costume! It fit great and really resembled the character my brother had designed! I would not be surprised if this costume got worn for every Halloween and costume party he goes to for the next 20 years. The quality is great and there was great communication about materials and colours and how we'd like the costume to go together all throughout the project. For Script Scarf5.0I came to Kathy at the beginning of the summer with a random idea i had seen. I was going to be asking my sister to be my maid of honor, and i wanted to do it in a unique way. I got the idea to have the message "Will you be my Maid of Honor?" made into one of those pretty script scarves you see (if you're wearing the scarf you can't see what the message says; only if you open up the scarf can you actually see that it reads "Will you be my Maid of HOnor"). Well, Kathy did an incredible, incredible job!!!!! The script came out more beautiful than i could've imagined! Kathy was in constant contact throughout the entire project, and presented me with different scarf options, etc. to choose from (so i actually felt like i was part of the process). My sister was sooooo surprised!!!! She loved the scarf, and wears it alllll the time!!!! Thanks Kathy for making this a truly unforgettable experience for both me and my sister!!! :)
