I cannot express how happy I am! I needed a replica of Freddie Mercury's crown for a photoshoot and Kathy not only came through, she exceeded my expectations! She was in constant contact about progress, was able to finish the item and get it shipped in record time. The finished product was even better looking in person. If I ever need a custom item ever again, Kathy will be the one that I come to. She was understanding (my bank account was hacked at the beginning and she was patient as I dealt with the bank) and very friendly. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Kathy was eager to start the project - she communicated well the info that she needed from me. She made a dress for both myself and my 2 year old. The dresses were well made - only downside was the color fabrics that I picked did not come in on time, so she had to substitute for similar color fabrics. I think I would have preferred the original colors I chose, but the dresses are nice and will certainly wear.

I would definitely work together again! She was easy to work with, very communicative (always kept me up to date with progress), and delivered a fantastic product well within the agreed-upon timeline!

If you are looking for someone to work with, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone better!

There’s so much to say about Kathy. Very professional and quick. She took an idea I had and made it ten times better than what I could have imagined. She communicated very well. Her customer service was perhaps the best I’ve ever encountered and would recommend her for any projects a person might have. She definitely is the person I’d turn to for my next project.
