12" X 18" Original Nathan Bedford Forrest Pencil /Acrylic Portrait
You are purchasing an original pencil/acrylic portrait of Nathan Bedford Forrest, nicknamed as "The Wizzard in The Saddle". This portrait is #3 of 4 in "The Raiders" Series. It has been finished with the trademark of all my Civil War pieces by actually burning the edges once I completed the artwork. It was signed and dated, sprayed for protection, and shrink wrapped on cardboard upon completion for preservation. It measures 12" X 18". This piece of art will be shipped by removing from the shrinkwrap and placed in a cylinder for its protection during shipping. Shipping cost will include insurance up to $150.00. Born in the late 50's to a family of little
means of income, being resourceful was
a way of life. Whether playing on the red clay hills
of Pontotoc County, Mississippi, in the good ole
USA on imaginary quests or riding
our bike down gravel roads pretending to be in the circus,
life was always full of adventure.
Life has brought many hardships my way
but with each I have learned that only I limit myself.
Life is a challenge, of which I am a survivor
& a conqueror.
I love to be creative no matter what I'm doing.
God has blessed me with joy through sewing, writing,
sculpting, drawing, & also thru the simple things of
life.
My husband & I enjoy spending time
alone or with the house full of family.

For Custom made western Rifleman shirt Project5.0Outstanding. Other than the originals, this shirt did not exist anywhere, yet the maker was familiar with the original and knew what to do. She found the materials and created a wonderful replica that looks just like the original, from the tan corduroy down to the leather toggle buttons and hidden zipper. Considering that this shirt has not been made in 56 years, I don't think I could have received a better-produced replica and will order more from this maker int he guture. The fit, the design, the construction, and the authenticity are amazing. I recommend this maker as highly as they come. She is always available to answer questions and responds promptly.
