Herringbone Wool Blend Long Dress Coat
After making the Houndstooth wool coat, I decided this would be a nice gift for my very own mom. She has lost so much weight and the cold seems to chill her to the bone. I surprised her with a coat for her Christmas gift this year and as you can see, she loves it. It is a very nice wool blend herringbone, fully lined, with an outside lower pocket and an inside vested pocket. The simplicity of the collar added such a distinctive touch to an already slenderizing style. I used princess cut seams for curves just where they were needed without bulky curves being added to the side seams to taper in for the waistline. Top quality coat lining added just the right touch to make her feel great and gave easy access to putting on over her winter clothing. My husband & I enjoy spending time
alone or with the house full of family.

She was in constant contact about progress, was able to finish the item and get it shipped in record time. The finished product was even better looking in person. If I ever need a custom item ever again, Kathy will be the one that I come to. She was understanding (my bank account was hacked at the beginning and she was patient as I dealt with the bank) and very friendly. I cannot recommend her enough!!
