I cannot express how happy I am! I needed a replica of Freddie Mercury's crown for a photoshoot and Kathy not only came through, she exceeded my expectations! She was in constant contact about progress, was able to finish the item and get it shipped in record time. The finished product was even better looking in person. If I ever need a custom item ever again, Kathy will be the one that I come to. She was understanding (my bank account was hacked at the beginning and she was patient as I dealt with the bank) and very friendly. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I would definitely work together again! She was easy to work with, very communicative (always kept me up to date with progress), and delivered a fantastic product well within the agreed-upon timeline!

Kathy went above and beyond to assist with my project. While preparing the product Kathy realized that there would have to be a slight change in the design it to work properly She immediately contacted me, explained the change and sought my approval before taking any further steps. She was a dream to work with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I can now use my great grandmother's sewing machine which has been sitting around for five years unable to be used … until Kathy provided the custom-made missing piece. Thank you … you've given me a piece of my childhood back as I remember my great grandmother and grandmother every time I sit at the sewing machine.

There’s so much to say about Kathy. Very professional and quick. She took an idea I had and made it ten times better than what I could have imagined. She communicated very well. Her customer service was perhaps the best I’ve ever encountered and would recommend her for any projects a person might have. She definitely is the person I’d turn to for my next project.
