Because all items are CustomMade, I do not do refunds. However, I will do everything in my power to make your product per our agreement in the proposals. If an item needs fitting alterations, I will gladly do those to ensure a better fit. Cancellations are accepted only if materials have not been purchased yet. If they have, I will refund all but those costs. Not responsible for CM fees and WePay fees.
