A friend of mine wanted to give his family members each a book for Christmas, these are books I did for him & his wife, their kids and in-laws and grandchildren. These are the designs I came up with. Sizes are shown on the graphics. And everybody LOVED their books!!

    I consider myself an artistic kind of guy and Gene knocked my project (an amazing harmonica case) out of the park! It was just was I was I was looking for and then some. I have already spoke to him about my next project for him. He also has some really cool items in his gallery that blow my mind.

    I contacted Gene with several questions about a project I wanted him to work on as a gift for my son. I'm pretty picky when it comes to leather goods and particularly when it comes to gifts. Gene was FANTASTIC at working with me on every little detail that went into the journal cover he created for me.

    A couple of rounds of back-and-forth discussion about this color and that, what kind of binding, etc. etc. etc. and soon we reached the starting point. Once the project was finished he sent pictures of the final result and I was bursting at the seams with satisfaction because of the spot-on job he did.

    I just gave the gift to my son for Christmas and he nearly blew a gasket at how awesome and unique this leather journal cover was.
