Since all work is custom ordered and created for the client upon their request. 50% deposits are non-refundable. The deposit goes immediately to purchasing raw materials and metal to initiate a project. Shipping costs for returning an item are to be paid by the client, unless the item is grossly misrepresented. Returns on DOA items must be done using the same packaging the items were sent in for a full refund, if this is not possible, the client must arrange for shipping it back and the costs will be divided 50%-50%. Buyer's remorse returns will be subject to a 45% restocking fee and the shipping costs are to be covered by the client. For other questions, please feel free to contact me.
