I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I will work with you to find the proper result. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. All deposits are non refundable once the project has started. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, no refund is offered once delivery is accepted. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
