Grandpa's Barn
This beautiful wood barn is a favorite toy at the Kerr house. The beautiful barns are each hand crafted by Grandpa in his Idaho home. The barn measures approxamatly 28" long x 19" wide x 17" tall. It is a great size for kids of any ages. This barn is fully functional and includes two gated pens and two chained pens inside with a loft. The front of the barn features a fully functional sliding door and window, the back has two windows. Each end of the barn has a door, two first level windows, and one loft window. The front of the barn features a hinged lid for easy play time. Each barn includs a ladder and one folding fence. I was so thrilled when Grandpa gave my boys one of these beautiful barns! It is super sturdy and one of their very favorite toys. My favorite part about this barn is that it is more than a toy, it is also a show piece. Everyone who sees this beautiful piece complements us on its workmanship. These barns are family treasures and will last for many generations. They are the perfect gift for a child (or adult) of any age.

We are the Kerr family from Idaho. Here are the "ABC"s about us.
A is a stay at home mom who loves to spend time with her boys. She loves to sew, do needlepoint, read, and dance. A works hard to live on a tight budget with her little family. A has also recently gone back to school adding another twist to family life.
B is a ever loving little boy. As a 4 year old he loves trucks, cars, airplanes, and all animals. His favorite place to visit is the zoo where the goats are his favorite animal.
C is a wonderful 3 year old boy. He loves anything his brother has and doesn't want to give him. C always loves to take baths. He is very good at getting things all wet! C is currently involved in speech and occupational therapies due to being "tongue-tied" and being unable to eat or speak correctly. We all look forward to this problem being resolved.
D is a happy 1 year old. He is fun to have around and it is great to see him reaching milestones like walking and climbing stairs. If we could just get him to talk we'd be doing great!
E is a wonderful and loving husband. He works hard and attends school to help provide for our family. E loves to be outside in this beautiful world. E is also his sons' favorite person. They all know when it's time for Daddy to come home and wait by the window to give him a big hug as soon as he gets home.
F is our newest little addition. Born Fall 2012 she is super sweet and we love having her around.
Grandpa is another new member of our shop. All the wood toys you see are handmade by him. A grew up playing with Grandpa's toys and she still has a doll house made by him that is beautiful! The boys love going with their Great-Grandpa on hikes and having apple treats. We love Grandpa very much!
