Meditation Bench Om Symbol

$69

Meditation Bench Om Symbol From a kneeling position, the simple Tibetan raised-back design lifts your torso slightly above your heels to achieve a balanced breathing position. You will experience increased ease of the in-breath and improved circulation through the legs. Tuck your legs underneath and sit on the top of the seat. Straighten your back and allow the height of the bench and the angle of the seat guide you into a relaxed, self-supported position. Sitting in this position reduces knee, hip and ankle strain. You will be able to effortlessly align your spine and comfortably sit for long periods of time. Om symbol and detailed pattern are wood burned into the center of the bench. To complement the ancient symbol the wood is finished with a old style look. Dimensions: Small width (shown): 5.5 inches x 20 inches x 8 inch height at the back of the bench Large width: 7.25 inches x 20 inches x 8 inches Item can be made to order. Requests for different style finish or alternative wood burned pattern are encouraged via email or convo. Inquire about international shipping for accurate quote.

Welcome to Sky Mountain Woodcraft! I am a one-man show operating out of a small garage woodshop. Specializing in handmade mindful woodburnings, furniture, and decor. I am always dreaming up ways to give new life to materials I find around my area. Local Resources:
Milled, Reclaimed, Repurposed My designs are born from the materials themselves whether they are reclaimed from old furniture or buildings, come from a local saw miller, or are unwanted items from a construction project. Some things simply should not end up in the dumpster. Inquiries meant to inspire new designs are very welcome!
