This is a original design"Whalebone Trestle" part of the signature series by Robert Seliger The curved stretcher in the base is drawn from a whalebone. All mortise and tendon joinery no nails or screws. Plank top can be ordered with (3) or (4) planks joined together with butterfly tendons Can be built any length from 6' all the way up to 12' or you can join 2 tables together and double the overall length

Robert Seliger Furniture Inc
Robert Seliger produces his trademark furniture at his Tumalo ranch in Oregon’s high desert country. His workshop is a converted horse barn,small and intimate—in a given year he may produce between 75-130 pieces.
A native of Colorado, Robert’s interest in design led him from architecture, home construction, custom cabinetry, where he honed his woodworking skills. He moved to Central Oregon in 1990 with his wife Kathy.
Robert’s fine workmanship is evident in every piece of furniture he creates, from the traditional joinery to the elaborate hand-rubbed finishes to the just-right proportions. One of Robert’s specialities is creating furniture to fit “like a custom-made Italian shoe,” for his clients.
