Aug 14, 2015What a great experience! This artisan did such a great job fabricating the pendant that I designed. When I first received it I wanted a different type of loop on the back for the cord. They took care of the alteration - no problem, no hassle, no additional cost. Now it is absolutely perfect! I can't wait to give this as a gift! Thank you so much for doing this project with me and for your professionalism.
