Bird x Three Tile Mosaic Wall Hanging 3 Hand Sculpted 3- dimensional tiles of birds in there habitat. Each tile depicts a bird in action. The first (on the left) is a blue bird sitting on 3 apricots. The second is a brown bird teetering on a piece of watermellon with a seed in its mouth. And the third is a greyish bird on a cracked open pomegranite with seeds inside. This quality piece, hand built from high fire clay and applied high fire glazes, has alot of detail and action! It depicts common everyday things that you catch birds doing…hunting for food! The three tiles are surrounded with mosaic leafy tiles set in grout and framed in a wrought iron frame and is ready to hang. Made by Robin Chlad in Tucson, AZ. It measures 8" x 16" x 3" clearance from wall. Can be placed indoor or out!

I am a ceramic artist. I sculpt, hand build, throw on the wheel, and design hand made tile. Some of my work is functional, some is for art's sake. All of it is my passion and a gift from God.
I have 30 years of experience in clay alone. I consider myself a person that can do anything (in clay). I have many years experience in custom work, working together and creating one on one designs for clients. My designs are fun and whimsical and I enjoy making people smile. I am all about original. My inspirations come from gardens, nature, southwest desert, and other peoples art or creations.
