All work is custom and unique. Color discrepancies from photo quality should be somewhat expected though I do my absolute best to represent the work. Because of my policy of updates during fabrication prior to shipping where I welcome input, returns or refunds will not be available. If something is damaged in shipping please tell me, it will have to be taken up with the shipper. I advise insuring shipments. I will work with the shipper to price repair or replacement work. The piece can be shipped back to be fixed and I will do it in the best time I can. I have work professionally crated in an effort to avoid such catastrophe. This is a small one of a kind operation. nothing is easy to make or fix nothing is the same as the last one no matter how close. You must understand
