Flying Butterfly Mobile In Stained Glass
Yes, It actually does fly! Made of pink and plum stained glass, this creature flits its wings with a tug on it's pull. The butterfly is suspended from four pieces of wire, attached to the wings with copper connectors and held by a dowel rod. The whole mechanism is hung by a swivel. The wings are attached to the body with rings to give the freedom of movement. The pull is made of two pieces of clear glass encasing pressed flowers, and it hangs down from the butterfly on a black chain. It's wingspan is 11" and from front to back it measures 9". The overall hanging length is 2 ft. A cup hook is all you'll need to put him into flight.. The pull is made with lead free solder. This piece is made in the Tiffany style, with hand cut glass, copper foil and solder. It is polished and waxed to a rich patina.

Not only was her piece outstanding, but her additional customer service far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I had written a note to my daughter, as the piece was for her. I had asked Beth to print it off and include it with the piece when she shipped it. What Beth did was, she rewrote my note on a beautiful note card, and included it when she shipped it. My daughter loved it. She said, "Mom, I knew it was your words, but not your handwriting." We both thought it was such a lovely, and heart felt gesture. Beth, thank you for going that extra step in making my gift so special! The piece that she made for my daughter, was incredibly beautiful. Her craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you again, for everything!

She custom made a piece for me from another piece that I had seen. The piece that she made me, is over the top beautiful. When I saw it, I literally cried. It was so beautiful.
