Custom Stained Glass, Hand Painted Christmas Ornaments
These ornaments were a request from a customer that wanted to give her college age children a personalized ornament with their college logos on them. They are cut from stained glass, with a layer of clear glass sandwiched on top. The glass is hand painted with ceramic paint, then baked in the oven to make permanent. Next, it is wrapped with copper foil and soldered all around the edges. They were then engraved on the back with the persons name and the year they graduate. The last step is to clean and polish the piece to a bright silver luster.

I had written a note to my daughter, as the piece was for her. I had asked Beth to print it off and include it with the piece when she shipped it. What Beth did was, she rewrote my note on a beautiful note card, and included it when she shipped it. My daughter loved it. She said, "Mom, I knew it was your words, but not your handwriting." We both thought it was such a lovely, and heart felt gesture. Beth, thank you for going that extra step in making my gift so special!
