Tiger Lilies And Daisies In Stained Glass- Centerpiece/ Sculpture
These flowers live forever, never fade, need no water, or sun! The most beautiful, long lasting, care free bouquet you'll ever recieve. Bright orange stained glass is used to make these three dimensional Tiger Lilies- 30 pieces to each one. They are complete with pistil and stamen. Flowers are then soldered to 1/4" copper stems that have been chemically treated to make a blue/green, verdigris finish. The leaves are made from hand hammered copper with a gorgeous verdigris finish. The delicate Daisies have yellow glass centers, and forest green glass leaves soldered onto their 1/4" copper stems. The stems and leaves are all soldered onto a copper base, and stand independently- without a pot. The pot is pentagon shaped, and made from clear and white baroque stained glass. Every piece of glass in this piece is hand cut, ground, and copper foiled, before being soldered together. The final step is waxing and polishing to a brilliant luster.
