We ship throughout the US via UPS ground. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. A small handling fee may be applied to cover our costs to package and drop off at a UPS store.

Refunds are processed upon the customer shipping item back to us at the customers expense. Refunds are available within 3 business days from accepting delivery of your item and we must be contacted prior to you shipping back your item. Once a project is started we do not accept cancellations.

Our custom cutting boards are designed to your specs. You can send us dimensions and a description of what you want. Or send us a photo. All our cutting boards come standard with a min. of five coats of butcher block oil and care instructions.
