Rick was accommodating of our special requests. He completed the personalized keepsake box quickly, shipped it with special instructions and our son "LOVED IT." I will do the same for our second son when he turns 18.

This binder is absolutely awesome. Hand crafted from scratch in a day and shipped the next day!! awesome wood, cherry, stained, brass hinges and he gave me an extra piece of wood engraved for free for me to hang as a plaque.
