This plaque was designed for a retiree of the CT dept. of Correction. I was given numerous patches, badges, pins, and handcuffs and was asked to incorporate all of it into a plaque. The plaque is very large, with the outer diameter reaching almost 3 feet. It's constructed entirely of walnut and is designed as an interpretation of the Department patch. The outer circle features solid brass lettering with the badges, pins, and handcuffs encased within a bed of clear epoxy. The inner portion is shaped to be reminiscent of the CT state seal. Within the inner portion, all of the patches are recessed into the backing to create a smooth surface for the facing glass.

Custom wooden creations designed and built to the customers specifications. I am a one person shop and my motto is that I WILL NOT give you a product that you are not completely happy with. I am a communication oriented business in that I continuously provide photos of the projects progress and welcome the input of the customer. I am more than willing to provide a detailed cost analysis of any project and discuss any project specifics. I design and build my projects with the intent that they will last a lifetime. I enjoy what do and I believe that this shines though in my projects.

    Absolutely thrilled with this product. Not many people outside of the funeral industry are very familiar with caskets, and not many people outside of Wisconsin know anything about cribbage. Jason went forward with the project before I accepted a proposal. He thought it would be fun and put no pressure on me to buy. But what he made from two simple pictures I provided was so great, I had to have it. And his price was above what I hoped for the project but the product was well worth the price. Five stars across the board.
