Healing Quilt
Cancer patient undergoing Chemo and radiation therapy are often cold during their treatments. A while back I thought of doing a lap quilt for a friend with cancer to take with her during her treatments. I now have a church member who has been diagnosed with breast cancer and is about to undergo chemo and radiation. So I once again thought of my healing quilt. It has family and church member images and words of encouragement. I even made a tote bag for her to be able to carry it with her. Something I could do to let her know my thoughts and prayers are with her.

Mimi explained what she was going to do and the materials that I had to provide for her. the pillows are lovely and were finished early. I would definitely recommend Mimi's work to anyone!
