Custom Ambulance

This was a very frustrating process and I was not happy with the final results. Professionalism: Ed was very pleasant to email with and his profile provided excellent examples of his craftsmanship capabilities. What arrived I don't believe was his best example. Expertise: The joints were not aligned, the support and decorative details were not consistently made, and though he provided the requested box it was not quality that was reflected in his portfolio. Timeliness/Communication/Shipping/Delivery: I understand he was ill in the process of making this box but communication was stilted and after two missed deadlines I found it frustrating to try and meet my gifting deadlines for my project and felt the communication required my prompting at every step. Value: I was disappointed overall and did not feel that I got my value for what I paid. I have photos of my finished product and a comparison between his portfolio and the finished product are vastly different. I don't think I'll be using Ed again and would like to return the boxed item and the extra gift he sent and see about getting my money back. Thank you. Marie

Despite some technical communication issues, Ed knows what he is doing and has a fine quality product.
