Custom Wood Inlay Keepsake/Jewelry Box

Absolutely hands down the best experience I've had with a merchant. The quality of the craftsmanship is remarkable, and my wife loved everything about it. We encountered issues with the postal service & international shipping, with USPS & Canada Post having damaged the item. Dennis patiently kept on top of these issues, despite them carrying on far past the order and delivery date. We originally ordered our item in June and even in January of the next year he was still in touch to ensure everything was in order. When we encountered difficulties claiming the insurance on the package, Dennis kindly offered to fully repair the item for free and paid for the return shipping out of pocket. I couldn't ask for a better experience from someone online. Communication was nothing short of excellent, and the entire experience was phenomenal. 10/10.

Received the project yesterday as we were told. Great workmanship. Was done in the timeframe and as we discussed. Completely satisfied and sure my granddaughter will enjoy for years to come.

The end product was very good. Communication through out the process was outstanding.The packaging was outstanding. Not placing the blame on Dennis, however, I would recommend taking the USPS out of the equation. It took 18 days from California to Tennessee.

Dennis was communicative, helpful, professional, and most importantly, delivered extraordinary craftsmanship. He was receptive to input from me and presented options at every stage. The materials used were impressive, as was his skill with the inlays. I simply can't recommend him enough.

So happy with this spalted maple and walnut jewelry box! The woods used are unique and work beautifully together. The craftsmanship is outstanding and it is everything I had hoped for and then some. Thanks Dennis, this piece will be treasured for many years!

First off the jewelry box Dennis made is beautiful but as important to me it's functional and built with real craftsmanship. I fully expect it to be given to our daughter and she will have it long after we are gone (she is 1). Dennis was great to work with on this product, he gave expert advice on everything from the material of construction, the design and function and finish touches so that the final product met every expectation. It was delivered ahead of schedule and the price was great for such a quality piece.

Dennis did a great job with this project and I would highly recommend him. The boxes he made for me were of exceptional quality and he was able to complete the work a few weeks quicker than he originally anticipated. Dennis was very responsive via email hashing out the details prior to constructing the boxes and was able to make a couple of changes per my request before he began work. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to contract him again for another project.

Dennis is a master craftsman and provided us with very timely communication about all stages of this project. There are simply not enough superlatives to describe our experience in working with Dennis to provide a very special gift for our granddaughter.
