Cancellation of jobs in progress are at our discretion and the refund amount will not include any material we ordered or work completed to date. Returns on custom items are not accepted except in the case of material or design failure. Returns on products such as the Eiffel Tower Cake Stand will be accepted, though return shipping is at the buyer's expense and shipping paid will not be refunded. Additionally, item must be repacked exactly as it was to avoid damage as the item must be resellable.
