I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are happily accepted. Either full payment or 50% down is needed. The determining factor will be the cost of the item and the labor involved. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom charges another country may impose on their own citizens. It is illegal for a seller to pay those fees. Any of those fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Our products are handcrafted therefore when you order a specific item to your choice, it may be slightly different from the picture presented the general concept of the item. You can always contact us for advice, orders or special requests. You can also contact us so that we can make an estimate of the shipping price will be more real. The shipping price can be lowered if you take more than one item.
