Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Customer is responsible for full shipping cost and insurance will be purchased on all items over $100. Shipping carrier will be chosen based on reliability and cost. Shipping is not built into the cost of the furniture. Shipping Methods include, FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc..., free delivery to Colorado Springs for purchases $150 or greater, and for purchases of $500 or greater I will drive up to 100 miles from location to personally deliver your custom furniture.

Maker Policy

Accepted Answer

Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For small stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 3 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. This does not apply to furniture or anything weighing over 10 pounds. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
