About me:
I was born and raised in Paris, France, I studied Art History at the University of Paris and Fine Art in different Art studios. I took a M.F.A from Paris University in 2000 and started a PhD about "Figurative Print in the Bay Area". In the first years of my PhD I taught Art History and Fine Art at the University and in private Schools of Design. When I moved to the Bay area ten years ago, my love for Art and History lead me to compose paintings in which my french culture and the History of San Francisco tend to overlap and transcend each other. My work is inspired by the work of Henri Matisse, Gustav Klimt and Frida Kahlo. I work in figurative painting, engraving, illustration and stained Glass. I have traveled and exhibited nationally and internationally: France, Switzerland, San Francisco and Bay Area.

Thank you !
Artfully,
Fleur
