Coasters, Gift Wrapped Texas Mesquite Wood Coasters - set of 6 Each Set of Mesquite coasters comes in a gift wrap. There are two options to choose from. (See Pictures) Each set is tied in a burlap bag, with either a ribbon or twine, and then a gift tag is tied on. I can fill in the names. Bring a little of Texas' beautiful mesquite wood to your home. Each is hand cut, hand polished and sealed. "I could ask for no better monument over my grave than a good mesquite tree, its roots down deep like those of people who belong to the soil, its hardy branches, leaves and fruit holding memories of the soil. . . ." - J. Frank Dobie, Texas writer Each set of coasters comes from native Texas Mesquite wood that i gathered from my family's farm. Let me describe how I make every coaster to bring out each one's unique natural character. Every set of coasters has a unique design that would look great on your counter or coffee table. I hand select the raw stock to find the most interesting pieces. I start off by cutting each log into sections for the coasters, and then I sand them until they are smooth, and put on a light coat of natural wood stain. I then sand them once more by hand, with very fine sandpaper, and apply a clear coat to protect each coaster's rich, deep colors, and giving it a beautiful gloss. I give them one final sanding and clear coat them once more. I then place felt pads on the bottom of each to protect furniture. Once finished, each will have deep colors, rich patina, and unique irregularities; they are then ready for your home. There are different variations of these coasters. Some of them will have knots in the wood and give them a teardrop shape, while others are more round with beautiful, unique designs in the center. These coasters also make great gifts. Don't forget your friends.

For Paige's Wooden box for coinsBen is the most wonderful person to work with!!! I asked him to update me every three days and he did until I went on vacation which was awesome. I asked him to send it to me after I got back from vacation and I got it two days later. He was wonderful but not just in those ways. The finished box was amazing. Exactly what I asked for and so unique. It is better then I imagined. It is so natural and way better than something in a store. I would work with him because he is amazing!!!!!

For Gift Tags, Set Of 6, Colorado Aspen Gift TagsBen made these into ornaments for a wedding favor. They turned out exactly the way we wanted them to. I originally contacted Ben at a very busy time of year and we had plenty of time so he told me it would take a while, but he did keep to his timeline. Sometimes communication was a little slow, but that's being nit-picky. They were very neatly and tightly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Ben for this type of project.

For Rustic Wooden Peg Board Game From Colorado Aspen WoodI am happy with the finished product - I bought two! The people I gave them to really enjoyed them. The presentation was awesome. The only down side was I thought there could have been a little more communication back from the maker during the process.

For Coasters, Texas Mesquite Wood Coasters - Set Of 6Product arrived very poorly packaged. The wooden coasters were loosely tied with a string and put in a large envelope (not a box). No packing material was used so they banged against each other and were subject to whatever it is the post office does to packages. They arrived with the majority of the bark broke off.
