    My wood portfolio box with etching is gorgeous. Ben did an amazing job from start to finish. He communicated regularly with images to update me on his progress. He was flexible in terms of working with me when I was unsure of font size for the etching. I trusted his decision making with regard to finishing touches and hinges, and he did not disappoint.
