Oliva Tenor Ukelele
Size: 23"l x 7.25"w x 3"h The Oliva Tenor Ukulele is made from a vintage Cigar Box with 2 oversized metallic sound holes adding a modern vibe to this lovely 4-String instrument. Our Tenor Ukulele comes with a piezo transducer pickup installed, a solid Maple neck and Camaroo fretboard. George caps the entire piece off with an ornately carved headstock featuring our String Tinkers' brand burned into the wood. The Oliva Ukulele sounds as good as it looks--acoustically or plugged in.

String Tinkers
String Tinkers are makers of cigar-box guitars, ukuleles, canjos, dulcitars and fine instruments. They are located in the "Quiet Corner" of northeast Connecticut. The instruments they create are hand-made, one-of-a-kind, unique, and made to be played. Each instrument sounds unique and beautiful. The guitars are made with repurposed parts. The wood used is repurposed from floorboards from old houses. Partners,George Brin, our Luthier, Don Spaeth, and Anthony Foronda are passionate designers and musicians that want to bring back a taste of Americana to traditional musical instruments.
