Up, up, and away! Enjoy the excitement and bright colors of hot air balloons in flight! This is a raw edge appliqued quilt with a double border. Made of 100% cotton, featuring sturdy double fold facing and a convenient sleeve for hanging. Measurements are approximately 28" wide x 22" high. I truly enjoy blending my passion for color, quilting and art. My time is spent contentedly creating appliqued and quilted art for gifts, homes, cottages and business places.
The beauty of nature surrounding me is my inspiration. Trees, flowers, landscape and wildlife subjects are among my favorites.
It has been an honor to have my work accepted into local, state, national and international juried and NQA judged quilt shows. Awards include a number of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons and "Best of Show."
Quilt shop quality fabrics are used. My work is pieced, appliqued and quilted on my domestic sewing machine.

Jul 16, 2018Sue Ann was an amazing artist to be able to work with. She took my ideas and had the creative abilitie to create a custom made quilt for my mother. She was amazing at communication. She sent updates multiple times a week and was very attentive to detail and precision. 10/10 recommend Sue Ann for your ever quilting need, she’s amazingly talented and super awesome!
