Access Designer Décor was started to connect design savvy consumers with some of the best designer brands. The core of our business is producing custom upholstery and casegoods for residential and hospitality markets.
All the custom product is made in the USA. We have a team of about 20 craftsman with up to 50 years of experience. This skilled team can produce about anything from inspiration photos or sketches.
After reviewing your design information, we typically match you with one of our deign team, so the refine your requirements and our specification.
Lead times depend upon workload and the number of pieces you require, but typically our lead times are 6-8 weeks from the time the spec has been finalized and a 50% deposit received.

Oct 25, 2021The product is nice, although one of the tuft points has many more wrinkles than the others and so looks flawed. I would not work with Custom Made again. They incorrectly assigned me a much higher tax rate than my unincorporated zoning requires and were quite rude and condescending about it, sticking to their guns when I pointed it out, as if I don't know my own tax rate at my own house. I eventually asked my maker for help with this but got none from her end - I thought she might have more pull with her representing company. When they finally found they were actually in error they became polite, but also charged me sales tax on a very high shipping bill of $835. I ship large objects for my business as well so I am familiar with the options. I thought the packaging was inefficient, and the charges for that were passed on to me. The crate was overkill, made with about 70 linear feet of 2 x 4's but open on the sides so the bags and bags of included soft foam just pooled to the bottom, protecting nothing but making enough packaging for me to have to make a dump run to dispose of it all. There were yards of loose cloth bunched on one side of the crate as well.. not doing much in the way of protecting the furniture being shipped but a good way to clean out your studio. I don't regret the purchase but did not find the process that pleasant and feel like I overspent for the service and product I received.

Oct 2, 2014I had a custom made banquette made by Jeff Day and I am very happy with it. I had my fabric shipped directly to him and he made it to my exact measurements. It saves a lot of room in my dining room because it has a straight back that rests against the wall. The workmanship on it is perfect! The correspondence throughout the project was always answered in a timely manner. Thank you, Jeff Day!
