Love Mohair

$225

This sweater is knit with 3 strands of mohair to achieve the airiness and depth of the pattern. The cowl is detachable, the sweater neckline is a simple round neckline, so this sweater can be worn with or without the cowl. The sleeves are knit into the bodice, so they follow the natural shoulder line of the wearer by draping accordingly. They end right at the elbow and are generously wide, they do have a center seam due to the pattern. Care: Hand wash, lay flat to dry. Color is a wonderful charcoal, but of course can be modified to suit any taste. Sizes: S, M, L

Hand knit exclusive fashion and decor items by Sela K.:
I love to knit, I love to create fashions for children and adults alike, and judging from the responses I get the love is reciprocated. I originally came from Germany to the US so the fashions I like always will have somewhat of a European influence to them, but they will always be uniquely me.
There is one overriding rule I have when selecting my patterns: they cannot be dowdy! I love fashionable designs, yet they cannot be just trendy. They have to be able to withstand the test of time in my opinion, after all, I am putting in a lot of love and work to create them so they should be able to be enjoyed for a long time.
When working on a custom basis, it is also wonderful to be able to select just the right material for the garment, working cooperatively with my clients, getting their likes and desires to meld with the design to create the one of a kind outfit they can shine in.
