Bird House/Feeder/Planter
You know how in cartoons the animals can talk? What if that were true? Maybe they can and we just don't know it. If I were a bird that could talk and someone furnished me with this little eco system, a place for food, my own garden to catch bugs and worms , and a warm place to build a nest … I mean, ok it doesn't have running water but thats no big deal for birds. They can fly, travelings not a problem… But, if someone gave me this sucker and I was a bird who could talk, I just might befriend that person and let them in on the secret.

Stuff From My Head Studio is a small design and custom craft shop located in Portland OR that specializes in creating unique pieces of furniture, functional art, installations and other oddities. Each piece is custom and since its all hand made no two are identical.
In addition to beautiful hardwoods we like to use a lot of recycled materials ranging from wood pulled from old pallets, an odd scrap of metal found on the side of the road, or even dead hard drives from retired computers that I turn into mirrors. Nothing is off limits and you can even bring your own material to a project if you have something lying around.

Feb 24, 2016Jason built an entry/sofa table for me out of material sourced from an old crib. He did it super fast and was great about posting project progress photos on instagram every few days so I always knew what was happening and that progress was being made. The table is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with it. We will use Jason again for any need we have that he could help us with. Price was also very very reasonable.
