We look forward to work with you and make your sculpture or statue come to life, so you can enjoy it for many years to come We will send you JPG photos via email of your sculpture or statue during the entire process keeping you well informed during it’s creation. CUSTOM STATUARY Process: \* We’ve been in the sculpture business for over 20 years and do magnificent work. As a professional interior designer from Florida, USA my assistant and I work very closely with the customer and my factories Master carvers in China and Thailand on ALL the details of the custom designs making sure the sculpture and statues are being made to the customers satisfaction in the reproduction using the pictures provided to me by the customer. We custom create a 3 demential sculpture from a flat picture. a. Our artisan will hand carve a 3 dimensional clay model of the sculpture for changes and your approval prior making the sculpture in your choice of material. Note: We have 10 days to 2/3 weeks before the mold dries for minor changes and your approval prior to the creation of your bronze statue or marble sculpture. NOTE: After the mold dries in 2/3 weeks we CANNOT MAKE ANY MORE CHANGES. b. We will then cast your sculpture in bronze or hand-carve it in marble. c. Once again for approval when the sculpture is finished in the final material of your choice prior to preparing the sculpture to ship to you. d) Photos record the entire production and will be emailed to you for your approval keeping you well informed during ALL phases SHIPPING METHODS: a. OCEAN- from the factory. Statues are shipped via Ocean from China or Thailand to the USA. 6 / 8 weeks includes off loading the containers from the ship and clearing customs. b, EXPRESS AIR SHIPPING: when the sculpture is light enough in weight and small enough in size.7 / 10 business days delivery to the customer. c. DELIVERY / SHIPPING INFORMATION USA DELIVERY charges to the customer is charged from the receiving warehouse in the USA to the customers location. At the time of your purchase we will need the following additional information. 1. Delivery address Residential or Commercial location? 2. Floor shipment is to be delivered. Additional charge. PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in full including applicable tax prior to the shipment leaving our warehouse. CUSTOM ORDERS DELIVERY: of Large or medium size sculpture Approximately 3 to 3/12 months depending on custom work needed from receipt of deposit and receipt of secured payment of balance paid in full for our warehouse to crate your order prior to shipment leaving our foundry. There are NO REFUNDS as we hand carve a clay model for changes and approval prior to casting the sculpture in the material of bronze, stainless steel or fiberglass you chose or hand carving the sculpture in marble. You will need to approve all phases as the sculpture or statue is in progress therefore you are well aware and approve the sculpture before it is shipped. Pictures are sent to you in JPG form during the entire process, keeping you well informed of all the production
