The cabinet features continuous grain flowing across the 2 outer doors and 3 center drawer fronts. The legs and top feature perfectly rounded edges sanded to perfection.

Mark is an independent furniture designer and craftsman and builds custom pieces in his wood studio in Frederick, Maryland. He is an industrial designer with additional training in furniture design from the Royal Academy of Fine Art, Copenhagen, Denmark, and has refined his woodworking skills at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship, in Rockport, Maine.
Mark’s style is organic modern and is heavily influenced my both Scandinavian and Japanese design traditions. He draws from his woodworking heritage which goes back six generations through his Scandinavian ancestors.
Mark teaches hand-cut joinery classes and workshops at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center.
