Oshawatt! The ears are made of felt slightly plumped with a little poly-fil. There's a covered plastic headband inside them as well. The shell is felt with buckram to make it a little stiffer. The set comes with one set of ears and one shell. I can also make this in Dewatt colors. I love this pokemon, one of the cuter ones from Black and White
