Working alone, I state working alone because nearly everything that I design and make are works of art made by me alone and signed by me for 20+ years, Ralph produces furnishings and signs rebelling against "mechanical mediocrity" refusing to work within the limitations imposed by machines and produce objets d'art which can only be accomplished with many hours/days/weeks/months of hand tooling.
To summarize, I am an artisan, not merely a furniture maker. Thank you for your interest in my fascination.

Jul 22, 2016Today (22JUL2016) was the day I requested the product (walking cane) to be available for my Commander to deliver to a retiring Solider after 28 years of service. The product was completed and shipped danger close to the ceremony time (1400 22JUL2016). I prefer more breathing room. The product (which was top notch in quality and expectations) arrived today at 10am. Any problems with shipping or any delays what so ever (an hour, a day) would have ruined my guy's retirement ceremony, gotten myself one way conversations from my Command that I would preferably not want. In the future, I recommend products are shipped a week prior to the days they are requested. I'm not saying it didn't work out, but that's not the way I operate.
