Country, Colonial, Hybrid Style Cabinetry

$32,000

These cabinets were designed to be a cross between Colonial and Country style. They are constructed of Appalachian Black Cherry. All of the case, frame and door joinery use mortise and tenon. All of the doors use floating, raised panels except for two uppers which use reeded decorative glass. The finished ends are frame and panel, solid wood. All slides and hinges are soft-close. All slides are under-mount. They were finished out using a medium distressing method, two stage staining process and coated with lacquer. This type of cabinetry can typically be shop made for around 300.00 per linear foot. Uppers and lowers are calculated separately.

Thank you for visiting Appalachian Moon Woodworks at CustomMade. My shop is nestled in the heart of the lush and beautiful Greenbrier Valley of West Virginia. I am the owner, operator, engineer, artist and craftsman for Appalachian Moon Woodworks. I have a small crew of experienced, knowledgeable craftsman that can accompany me on larger jobs. I specialize in unique, custom, hand-made, heirloom furnishings, reproductions, case work, architectural implementations and sculpture. I collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors and home owners, to make dreams and concepts a reality. Most all of the woods used in my creations are indigenous to, and harvested from, the majestic Appalachian Mountains. These are of the most desirable hardwoods in the world. Any woods or materials requested can be made available though. I strive to achieve a standard of quality, attention to detail, honesty of design and customer service that makes first time clients, lifetime clients. Please come back regularly as I will update this gallery frequently. I believe that the items that you place in your home should do more than just function. They should contribute to the natural flow of your environment and be an extension of your personality. Enjoy your space and live well.
