Shipping Policy

We ship all of our items USPS. The turnaround on most orders will be 2-3 weeks. We happily discuss international orders, though some countries' Customs policies are very picky when it comes to importing rustic wooden items (I'm looking at you, Australia. ;-) ). We cannot be held liable for any additional fees that your shipment may incur, and cannot guarantee delivery.

We will cancel and refund any order that has not yet been crafted at the time of the cancellation request. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us with your concerns. If it is faulty by a constructional defect or does not match the agreed-upon criteria, We will either offer a refund, pay for return shipping to correct the issue or offer some other appropriate compensation.
