His communication was great, providing details and being patient explaining the differences in wood, finishes etc. I had a specific idea in mind and was looking for the perfect slab - he sent many pictures until we found THE one. I learned a few things along the way and love that I was able to participate in the process, makes our table even more special. Above all, he delivered a high quality, beautiful table, above our expectations. We've had it for only a few days but it's already our favorite place to have breakfast and drinks in the afternoon, and we already got compliments from everyone that's seen it.
