Great product! Very professional! Would definitely use them again!
Absolutely happy with the final product. The craftsmanship is superb and the project was completed on time as promised.
I bought this as a birthday gift and the recipient loves it! He says he's afraid to take it to work because it's so nice, he thinks other people will steal it.
Beautiful work, on time and as per supplied specs. Todd does great work.
I am giving 1 star only because I am not able to do a review with 0 or negative stars. I ordered the steampunk engraved ball point pen. I paid an estimated $127.00 for a birthday present for a 55 year old. The font used to engrave was not what was shown. The name was hardly visible, online it showed it in a gift box, the pen was put in a slip cover that did not fit the pen at all. No gift box was provided. I left messages both by phone and this web site days ago and have not heard anything back. I am too embarrassed to give this gift to my friend.
