We take a lot of pride in our work and the quality of our finished products. Out of the galleries and online sales we have had nothing but happy return customers. But there are those in this world that are very few and far between that have unreal expectations, no common sense, and are never happy with anything in life. If you are one of these types of people,please find another maker. We make basic to very high end items and have shipped to all over the world. We aim to please and will do our best to work with our customers expectations. For legality reasons and the one customer review that is in the category of those mentioned above, do not expose any of our items to chemicals of any kind,water,and excessive abuse.Wear and tear is bound to have an effect on items used and will vary as every bodies daily routine varies. We do our best to make our items durable but will not be liable for damage by our customers deemed by us. This was the only way we had able to respond publicly to the one star review.
